Miss Menopause is targeting the menopause and educating organisations about change. THE CHANGE. The menopause is the last taboo. It's an event that will affect 100% of women yet only 3% of organisations in the UK are educating their workforce. As our workforce ages and women are forced to work longer than ever before due to pension changes, it's vital that companies tackle this wellbeing subject if they want to retain their talented women. Mental health is often affected during this life transition and organisations need to know how to support their people.
