The name Mission: Emploi was inspired by the movie Mission: Impossible because of the pervasive hopelessness that characterizes Cameroonian youth’s employment search. Our mission is to develop Cameroon’s most invaluable asset: human capital. Through grit, excellence, and accountability, we will train the next generation of professionals to thrive and make a difference. For job seekers: professional development workshops, resume editing, interview preparation For employers: recruiting, team-building events, manager coaching, and professional development workshops. For schools: career development strategy, program implementations and evaluations, career development centers.
