MiTC was founded with the mission to put control of the transaction process back into the hands of the real estate broker. Being a real estate professional can be very challenging. There are lots of moving parts to every transaction. Contracts, inspections, offers, counter-offers, deadlines and more! Each of these things can make or break a deal. Sure, you could hire admin help or a Transaction Coordinator, but there is still a need for an easy, transparent way to manage your deals, with, or without that help. We searched high and low for a simple-to-use transaction management solution and could not find one! So, we built one!
