Mitchell & Morgan is a woman owned, HUB & TxDOT certified business with specialties in floodplain management, utility design, street design, land and site planning. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP of College Station, Texas was formed in August of to meet the civil engineering needs of the Bryan/College Station area and beyond. From that time on into the present, our young firm has gained a solid reputation as a well-qualified and conscientious civil engineering firm with more than 40 years of combined civil engineering experience between partners Ms. Veronica Morgan and Mr. Joel Mitchell. While Mitchell & Morgan, LLP offers a broad array of services, much of the firm's expertise lies in hydraulics/hydrology analysis and drainage design. Mitchell & Morgan, LLP also has extensive experience in the design and permitting of private development, namely subdivisions and site development throughout the Bryan/College Station area.
