Mitera Design is a small, veteran-owned, mom-owned, virtual based architecture firm with the goal of providing clients the most customizable architectural services with sensible, sustainable fees. Our Founders Stacy Engstrom and Elizabeth Olney, strives to improve our built environment by creating conscientious designs and providing our clients with personalized services delivered nationwide. While we are based in San Antonio, we are available to our clients everywhere. With the technological advancements in both the building information systems modeling software and communication methods of our generation, we have the vast capabilities of the online community at our fingertips. This has allowed us to establish a virtual office setting through which we provide comprehensive architectural services for projects of all sizes and types, including: single family residential, multi-family, commercial, and franchise/prototype. At Mitera, we focus on giving the utmost attention to even the smallest of projects, and we give each of our clients personalized one-on-one attention. Emphasizing on quality over quantity, we value the impact we have, and in turn, provide a higher quality design to our clients.
