Miwelt

miwelt» stands for «my micro world» 🦠🧬 as the name of a cross-disciplinary STEM-project being initiated with kind support of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), and its current follow-up activities. We are committed to generating excitement in children, parents and teachers and enriching their enthusiasm for science, promoting a dialogue both about science in general, and particularly a scientific way of working. For this, we develop innovative delivery formats in collaboration with artists and journalists, as well as organise laboratory days 🧪🥼for children. So far, we have developed and implemented scientific experiments for children in traditional classrooms, produced a non-fiction book about biotechnology for children, and regularly prepare and publish children’s pages in journals or magazines. We welcome entering into liaisons for collaborative future activities. 🧷 For authors associated within «miwelt», the «daspool» association acts as their agent.
