Our privately-owned Company was established in 1993 although its foundations go back to 1986, when our Director, Mr. Michael McCarthy, decided to set up his own business. The Company has grown year by year and our highly skilled workforce has undoubtedly enabled this steady growth to take place. MJM specialises in all aspects of painting and decorating and whilst we are happy to carry out work for private individuals our main emphasis is on the commercial sector. Our commercial work is carried out nationwide and includes work completed on schools, hospitals, museums, offices, factories, universities and extensive refurbishment projects. We currently hold the certificate for can recycling at Dulux Decorator Centres where we recycle 100% of our waste. Also, MJM (Painters & Decorators) Ltd own one of the first solar powered Envirowash system which enables us to clean all of our decorating tools and dispose of our un-used paint in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. The system is the worlds first to be run completely on solar power alone and will allow us to recycle our wash water up to 10 times.
