MJS Advisors offers consulting services to companies interested in researching, developing, expanding or reorganizing their international business activities. Our team is all about providing value to our customers’ international business activities. Benefits realization is key to any consulting engagement and MJSA’s business model is based on helping its customers to grow both organically and inorganically, improve revenue potential in new markets, decrease costs, and optimize human resources. We add the most value to small and medium sized organizations that currently have no or limited international business activities, or have a specific challenge in a certain market. Our clients are companies looking to expand or improve their existing operations in a region, or to enter a regional market for the first time and do not yet have the internal resources to approach the market themselves. Essentially we become the interim international sales, marketing and distribution arm of our client’s organization, providing guidance while maintaining the client’s firm control over their global business activities.
