MKM Projects is a Qualicum Beach based commercial general contractor. QUALITY > MKM believes that quality is central to its organization’s service delivery and to the project experience of its clients. We’re driven to deliver excellence and has developed an Internal Quality Management System (IQMS) to act as an iterative tool to ensure that we get to where we say we are going. AWARDS > MKM approaches every project as if it will be an award-winning project. While not every project can win an award, we begin each build as if it would. Awards are the ultimate reward for having done a job well whether as a formal presentation or a glowing letter of reference from a client. Our ultimate award is a satisfied client. In 2020, MKM was awarded Judges' Choice Award by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board with a near-record of 43 projects from across Vancouver Island for the Tofino Tourism Centre.
