Professional and company, it makes no difference to me because I see both as clients. Through sincere and personal interest I come into contact with people and maintain my existing network. My goal is customization. By listening carefully, asking questions and understanding what the content is about, I am able to realize this. For me it is all about the person, who is always central. I keep agreements made and work discreetly and carefully. Through this method I bring professionals into contact with potentially interesting employers. I provide companies with the right knowledge and capacity by bringing them into contact with the best professionals from my network. In recent years I have built up an extensive network and I have gotten to know many professionals and companies, the different cultures and the people who work there well. My network is mainly located in the East, Middle and North of the Netherlands.
