Mmag Foundation

Inspired by the Abu Ghazaleh Collection, MMAG Foundation aims to make culture accessible to the broadest public. It has permanent gallery spaces and a public learning program in Amman, Jordan, and is currently developing the curriculum for an art school. Through local and global initiatives, the institution supports curatorial posts, exhibitions and educational programs. It seeks to inspire critical thinking whilst challenging the preconceptions, or perceived boundaries, that limit artistic exploration. The Abu Ghazaleh Collection reflects the family’s belief that art offers a positive, open, opportunity to learn. It supports their passion for sharing education with others. The collection focuses on art concerned with the human condition and advocates a dialogue between artists from different cultural backgrounds and generations.
