Over 30 years of combined experience in qualitative research, offering in-depth research on patient preferences, patient outcomes, consumer views, and community needs for health, pharmaceutical, and public organizations. Our aim is to design studies uniquely tailored to each client. We draw upon a broad range of data collection methods selecting the most appropriate to answer a client’s research question. We use methods such as individual interviews, focus groups, abstraction from secondary data sources such as reports or records, and literature reviews. We employ a variety of analytic techniques including content analysis, thematic analysis, and mixed methods to ensure high-quality and insightful results.
