Mobile Primary Care, LLC is a group of physicians and nurse practitioners ready and able to make house calls for the homebound in the community. As providers, we believe that our duty is to meet the needs of the patient – no matter where the patient is located. If you prefer to receive medical care at home, trust that when you call Mobile Primary Care, our compassionate Providers will make the trip to be there. Whether for long-term primary care or short-term needs, you can count on an experienced locally based Provider to come to your door! We currently serve Indianapolis, North Central Indiana, South Central Indiana and surrounding counties.
