Models, LLC specializes in plastic injection molding. DESIGN: We are experienced at taking your part from concept to a 3D model ready to be tooled. TOOLING: We are capable of building high volume production tooling as well as cost effective low volume tooling. MATERIALS: We are familiar with many resins and regularly work with Poly Carbonate, Poly Propylene, ABS, Nylon, Acetal, HDPE, LDPE, and several engineered materials including materials with a variety of fillers including glass, talc, mineral, carbon, Teflon and ESD additives. EQUIPMENT: We have 10 horizontal injection molding machines ranging in size from 40 ton to 250 ton. LOCATION: Home office is located in Lebanon, Indiana. Our second location is in Rowlette, Texas. CERTIFICATION: Our Rowlett location has been ISO and UL certified.
