Modern Maintenance was founded in 1982 by Martine Tcheng and is both a NATIONALLY CERTIFIED and STATE CERTIFIED MINORITY OWNED janitorial company. At present, Modern Maintenance is servicing a growing number of accounts in the public and private sector with well over eight million square feet under contract. With headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin and branch offices in Madison and Green Bay, we are able to provide service to a wide array of clients. Modern Maintenance services multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions and educational facilities just to name a few of our clientele.
