MODIFA is a real estate brokerage firm established in 1991 with agencies in Brussels, Rhode Saint-Genèse and Grez-Doiceau. We focus on the sale and rental of (town)houses, apartments as well as development projects (land with available architectural designs, multi-residential development areas, …). Our major commercial strength is our multilingual speaking team, made up of dedicated and experienced women and men, available during “working hours”, which is in fact “when needed”… Our mission runs from the first contact up to the transfer of water/electricity meters, i.e. Preparing or assessing the worthiness of a real estate property valuation; Use of our "privileged candidates portfolio" through our real estate software; Media issues : Belgian newspapers and specialized magazines; Internet web sites and social media. Specific high return commercial displays. Involvement in the real estate contract negotiation (mediation, advice, drafting of purchase / lease commitment, support for Public Notary appointments, …) in an overall objective to help you close the deal.
