Modus LLC is a Dubai based LLC with Modus Group UK as a joint equity partner and the business operator. The multi-disciplinary group was formed in London in 1992 and provides a full range of services for the occupiers and owners of buildings; bringing to the UAE specialist experience in areas such as technical fit-out for high spec facilities including laboratories & data centres to total facilities management. These divisions complement and support each other, delivering projects on time, and on budget, to a range of clients that include some of the largest Global brands, and UK's institutions and organisations. The facilities management division of Modus LLC & Group provides post-project support for clients as well as total facilities management services to the above Global brands, institutions and organisations amoungst others.
