For over 30 years, John Moffitt, Jr. has been actively involved in the residential real estate business. Since 1981, John has developed and built homes in Leawood South, The Sanctuary, Heather Ridge, Normandy Place, Parkway 133, Deer Run, Falcon Ridge, Cedar Creek, and Leawood Estates. With a strong background in the building/development business, Moffitt Built has been established to see custom home projects from the initial design stages through completion as well as remodeling existing homes in historic areas of Leawood, Brookside, Sunset hills, Fairway, Mission, Prairie Village, and currently, within the company's exclusive subdivisions Hazelwood, Heatherglen, and Prairie Villas.
