Detailed process analysis and process mapping and strategy for process optimization- Strategic Data Management: linking data management strategy and architecture with strategic business goals. Experience with GDPR, Schrems-II and critical outsourcing- Strategic project management (10 years experience)- Procurement of strategic services/products I firmly believe that the success of any strategic business initiative is rooted in a solid business case, a structured process and continuous stakeholder management, and these elements will be at the center of all client projects.
