Moira Ariev launched her consulting firm in 2016 to provide nonprofit organizations of all sizes with capacity-building, interim support, and specialized services, particularly focused on: • Building a base of corporate and foundation support, including interim direction of this area • Coaching Executive Directors, particularly those in organizations without professional fundraising staff • Engaging boards and ambassadors in fundraising, including through coaching and retreat facilitation • Leveraging new or existing special events to build momentum and a broader base of support • Developing integrated communication plans and materials (appeals, campaign case statements, cases for support, donor collateral) and • Developing and implementing comprehensive, creative fundraising plans for organizations of all sizes Services may be quoted and provided on a per project or ongoing retainer basis.
