Having listed and sold homes in Kansas City for years, the founders of Mojo Built recognized a lack of qualified industry professionals who possess the ability and vision to design and build new homes to complement established historic neighborhoods. Today’s lifestyles require modern floorplans with today’s technology, implemented by a qualified team who has the unique ability to create timeless new homes that fit in a classic neighborhood while retaining its charm and character. In response, Joe Woods and John Moffitt formed Mojo Built in 2011. Their mission to maintain, preserve, and prolong the architectural integrity of the home and neighborhoods is what makes the finished homes of Mojo Built unique. Joe Woods, with over 10 years of experience in residential real estate, together with John Moffitt, who carries a lifetime of experience in quality residential home construction make up the certified Mojo Built team.
