Mokhus LLC is a privately held investment and consulting firm with a focus on asset-based investments. Our specialty is real estate, and we work across a number of asset classes, including financial assets secured by real estate. Our focus areas include the residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, recreational and land sectors. Our approach is to find special situations where we can uncover opportunities for value investment, often through restructuring and recapitalization. Mokhus and our investment and joint venture partners work together with owners, developers, financial institutions and professional services firms. Our role involves focused analysis and creative problem-solving in every key segment of the investment cycle: origination, quantitative and qualitative due diligence, valuation, deal structuring financing, investment and acquisition, management, repositioning, disposition and exit.
