MoKi Analytics offers services and products for the molecular biological detection of microorganisms. Our focus is the microscopic analysis of bacteria and fungi with molecular biological probes (fluorescence in situ hybridization - FISH). We investigate microbial communities, so called biofilms, in vitro experiments and tissue samples. Our microscopic detection of microorganisms we combine with molecular biological methods like PCR, real-time PCR, Sanger sequencing and next generation sequencing (NGS) for microbiome analysis.
