Mokykim

Mokykim is building PES (Personalised Educational System) — a competency-based learning model where students earn micro-credentials through personalised learning paths and evidence-based assessment. The model shifts teachers’ roles from content delivery to learning mentorship, supporting students in discovering and navigating individual learning pathways. PES is informed by the Cognitive-Affective Personality System (CAPS) framework and implemented using Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. Our goal is to create a scalable alternative to the standard schooling model, enabling self-paced, inverted classroom learning while providing educators with practical tools to design micro-qualifications and mentor students effectively. We are currently developing the core platform and launching school pilots in Lithuania, working closely with teachers, schools, and public sector partners.
