Molduras Hergon was initially established as a family run business in 1974, which then evolved through to become Molduras Hergon S.A in 1985. After 38 years in the market, the company remains a trusted and experienced manufacturer in mouldings, photo frames, framed prints, framed mirrors and many other product lines related to the Home Décor & Office categories. Our manufacturing facility, situated 27km north from Barcelona, has expanded over the years to an area now of approximately square metres, equipped with a modern infrastructure of high level techno- logy and machinery. This mechanization and automation allows the company to achieve an impressive volume of production, with the ability to manufacture up to of moldings and units of finished framed products each day. To regulate and control the operation of the specialist equipment, we employ only highly skilled per- sonnel, which involves 75 members of our production team fully trained and experienced. The average length of time these colleagues have been with the company is 20 years. Our current raw material, consumption of wood and MDF stock is approximately – cubic me- tres per annum. This provides the flexibility and capability of manufacturing to adapt to a varying pro- duction volume to meet and in many situations exceed our clients expectations, efficiently, consistently and on time.
