MollyCare was founded in 2020 with the aim of providing a high-quality service of support to anyone that needs it. We believe that you are never too old to set and achieve goals and recognise and promote the benefits of sociability, we understand the importance of the smaller details in maintaining independence and strive to champion the importance of companionship to those in our community who have limited social contact. MollyCare aims to provide a flexible, efficient, respectful, cost-effective domiciliary care and support service to any service user that needs support within Sussex. Supporting our service users to live safely and independently, whilst maintaining their freedom, dignity, privacy and promoting individuality, freedom of choice and the benefits of sociability. We understand the important role that service user’s friends and family play and as such will aim to support them to care for their loved one. Our services will be delivered with professionalism, compassion, and care, thus ensuring each service user receives an effective service tailored to their individual requirements and choices. Clear, honest, and concise communication is one of our top priorities, whilst always maintaining a transparency that allows all to see the why behind the words. The care and wellbeing of our colleagues and staff is as important to us as our clients. We endeavour to provide an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming environment which inspires a culture of innovation and continued learning and self-development through further education and experiences.
