Molonglo

At its core, property development is the willing of architecture into being; from an abstraction of drawings and ideas into something to be touched, inhabited and lived in. Molonglo does this across property investment and development, the programming of our places, the operation of businesses at our sites and intensive research. Molonglo sees the boundaries of property development, as well as who we are and how we work with each other, as fuzzy. Our process is often collaborative and cross-disciplinary, which allows for enormous fluidity, flexibility and disjunction in creative making. Ideologically, this process reflects our belief that to foster healthy, cohesive and tolerant societies, we need to accept messy arrangements – whether they be political, social or aesthetic.
