Founded in by Alessandro Fracassi and Marco Pescarmona, the company represents a business case of a startup which became the first fintech unicorn in Italy. Listed on Italian Stock Exchange since 2007, the company was born from the intuition of the two founders to launch the first online mortgage broker in Italy, followed by the strategic vision to expand the business to the outsourcing, and finally the decision to broaden to other “verticals” in online comparison and in BPO.
