REGIONAL PRESS Often underestimated, regional press has an effective impact on sales, as well as increasing awareness for an act, even if that act are perhaps not yet achieving much editorial space in the national press. Many of the publications with which we deal, especially those in major cities and areas such as Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, have significant circulation and readership figures. Targeting these titles, especially when touring, is a fantastic way to pick up coverage (especially in areas where the act has a personal link). We have excellent relationships with our regional journalists across all areas including the key regions of Scotland and Wales. These areas are classed as National territories for us and are therefore dealt with exactly as it would be at National Press campaign level. We ensure that our regional database is constantly updated to include all the latest publications and updated contact information. We also cover online sites that represent the print publications with which we deal. This increases the impact of traditional print media and enables us to capitalize on promoting to a younger demographic that tend to read their local publication or magazine online.
