Monarch Consulting was established by Mark Connelly, who has over twenty five years’ experience in commercial and contractual roles in the Renewables, Oil & Gas and Construction Industries. Successful management and a hands-on approach to achieve delivery has resulted in commercial success on a variety of projects, both in the UK and overseas for Operators and Contractors. Monarch Consulting is capable of undertaking duties in the pre and post-contract phases of aspiring organisations at a Director level, as well as performing as a Tender Manager, Commercial Manager and Project Controls Manager at a Project level. Current assignments include- Commercial Management of Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) cable installation projects (onshore & offshore)- Tender Management for OWF Survey and ROV Balance of Plant Inspection activities - Claims management on fabrication/construction project
