Money Partner

Money Partner provides part-time Finance Director services on a retainer or ad-hoc basis, to smaller businesses on the south coast who cannot yet afford a full-time Finance Director, but require assistance in improving business performance, profitability and cash flow. A part-time Finance Director does not tend to replace your bookkeeper or accountant, as by their very nature, these roles are more backward-looking, concerned with historic reporting and compliance. A Finance Director is concerned with the financial health of your business, helping you to move your business forward and achieve your financial and strategic goals.
