Monica Diaz 360

Hello! I'm Monica, Like you, I'm a woman juggling multiple roles and pursuing diverse goals. Throughout my journey, I've often found myself in an undesirable dichotomy: choosing between my family and my career. As a mother of three, I firsthand understand the challenges women face in balancing their personal and professional ambitions. Frequently, women feel trapped in an inequitable system and respond with fears, decisions, and unconscious behaviors that undermine their well-being, families, or careers. My purpose, through talks, training, and coaching services, is to empower women holistically to thrive and self-actualize from authentic leadership and a sustainability mindset. This entails overcoming internal barriers and developing essential skills to better integrate women into the economy in a fairer, more effective, and beneficial manner for all. I'm a life and career coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. My professional experience spans various sectors, from education to corporate environments, allowing me to understand the professional and leadership challenges of my clients. If, like me, you believe that women deserve the support to pursue a fulfilling career and a nurturing personal life, I invite you to follow me and connect with me.
