Monina Corporate Sailing

For over 20 years Monina Corporate Sailing has been on the crest of the wave together with its customers to generate discontinuity, changes and encourage learning through the experience on a sailing boat, a perfect metaphor for corporate reality. We believe that sailing brings out the true value of each of us, our attitudes, and helps us to overcome our physical and mental limits, teaching us to preserve and manage energies. Through our sailing activities, we also want to promote a sport that we love and that we believe brings useful values and teachings to each of us, from respect for the environment and the value of the team to communicating clearly and effectively, up to managing the unexpected and adapt to change.
