Monkey and Mouse started with the aim to reduce the world’s carbon footprint, while offering premium quality play friendly, gender neutral clothing for children from birth to 5 years. To help the environment, we focus on using organic and sustainable fabrics. The majority of fabrics are woven right here in sunny southern California. This means we get to focus on the quality of your items, while being eco-friendly. It also means we get to work closely with the fabric mills and hand pick the textiles for you. We are involved every step of the way, from design concept, choosing organic or sustainable fabric blends, toxic free dying process, impeccable sewing, recyclable packaging and most importantly, constant two-way conversation with our customers. In an effort to reduce our own footprint, we developed a unique reward program we could offer to our customers, and ask for your participation. The program allows you to send in your gently used Monkey and Mouse garments within 90 days, in exchange for discounts toward your next purchase. We ask that all the items are washed, from a smoke free home, stain free, and have no tears or holes. Once items are received, we will then offer these once pre-loved items in our designated pre-loved section.
