Train all regional HR Managers and create policies, procedures and manuals- Analyse APAC employment activities/talent management processes such as applicant flow, new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions to identify potential areas of focus and other opportunities- Develop a current and up to date database on talent, skills and education providers thats used by HR departments around APAC to guide their GTM work. Performance Management - Design and develop a performance management systems that nurtures, measures and position talent to take on new challenges. This included talent development programs, performance appraisal structure and initiatives such as mentoring, inpatriation and trainee programs. Training & development (L&D)- Design and Perform training needs analysis to identify gaps in organisations and bridge gaps in skill sets/competencies through the design of specific L&D programmes. Change Management - Formulate and execute innovative and customised enterprise-wide or department-specific people strategies that drive change in the organisation- Manage change, introducing value based management processes and practices that provide strategic congruence. Employee Welfare Standards - Designing programs that ensure that key standards are set and visualised - Designing audit protocols for Employee Welfare Standards that can be used both for self audit,upplier audits or to be audited by Intl certification bureaus.
