Monte Cairo

Monte Cairo is multi-purpose development that serves residential, commercial, office and hospitality purposes. It includes furnished residential units of varying sizes including hotel rooms and amenities, shops and retail outlets, a dining and coffeeshop area along the swimming pool, clinics and units open to various commercial uses including offices. Some of these stated inclusions are still undergoing development. The compound is owned by the Egyptian joint stock company ARAB INVESTMENT GROUP S.A.E (AIG) and there will be a restructure through the introduction of Fitra group. The location of the project is on the upper part of the Mokattam hills, it is reasonably central and within easy reaches of all areas of Cairo. Situated on a plot of approximately sq. meters and located on a considerably elevated area in Cairo, the temperature is usually 2-3 degrees cooler than anywhere else in the city.
