The obligations of the client / seller would be as follows: • provide us with the requested information and documentation about the project • determine the conditions of our participation in the form of an agreement • support us throughout the project’s sales time • payment of agreed fees. Our participation can be exclusive in accordance with the wishes of the client. For each project, we reserve the right not to continue implementation if the analysis reveals legal or financial obstacles.
