Montgomery Somatics was established to educate others on how easy it is to use one’s awareness and movement patterns to change pain, restore loss of function, and allow a person to discover what it means to them to live a fuller and better life. Whether it is getting down to the floor to play with grandchildren working in the yard; or playing an excellent round of golf, the freedom to walk, without pain, when shopping or standing in long lines without having to search out a place to sit or feeling the comfort of sitting at a desk all day or driving and turning the head without neck pain, these are all examples of what is possible with somatic education.
