Monxies ) makes storytelling sparks to get you to flex your imagination muscle! It's our mission to inspire people of all ages and in all places to recapture the storytelling talents from their childhood. Adopt your own one-of-a-kind stuffed toy monxie and you're invited to start storytelling. Where will you take the story? Monxies are soft toy creatures; they're all one-of-a-kind, designed and handmade by Marleen Vente, with a unique character and 'story of their life' so to say. Because they're so special they make great, personalized gifts, for others as well as yourself! When you 'adopt' your monxie of choice it will arrive at your door neatly wrapped in a 'bundle of joy', together with an invitation. You're invited to imagine the next of your monxie's stories! You don't have to be a writer to think of a story; just a few sentences are enough and everyone can do it because you're never too old! It is not about getting it perfect, it's about getting it going; just flex you imagination muscle! In fact, you don't even have to 'write' the story; you can make a series of photographs, draw a comic, or even come up with a song! Want proof? Observe your own kids or a niece or nephew: they start telling their first, simple stories when they're around 3 years old, which means you're also almost never too young for storytelling either!
