WHAT I DO: Balancing your work and family life is hard. Answering the question, “what’s for dinner?” doesn’t have to be - I can help you bring your family back to the dinner table through meal planning and food preparation. WHY WORK WITH ME: I’ve been devoted to the culinary arts and cooking since childhood. Earlier in my career, I worked for the U.S. National Herb Garden in Washington, D.C. During this time, I cultivated my passion for fresh foods, herbs, and nutrition. In 2012, I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach. As a coach, I was able to help people live and feel better by changing their daily habits and food choices.
