Digital Transformation Leadership: We provide strategic guidance and engineering leadership for your digital transformation as an advisory service. We will assess your existing strategy, business processes, internal systems, software solutions, and work culture. We will help you build your digital transformation strategy, roadmap, and execution plan. We will work with your leadership team to implement the necessary process, technology, and organizational shifts. Advisory/Interim CTO & Engineering Leadership: We can serve in the CTO role for a period of time or serve as a mentor to your CTO. As interim CTO, we will take on full responsibility for your product and technology strategy as well as engineering delivery. Targeted Engineering Review: We can perform targeted reviews on any or all aspects of your processes, systems, software products or technology platform. We provide engineering leadership to help you optimize your business spanning strategy, process improvements, experience, technology stack, system architecture, agile solution delivery, and team culture.
