Moore Aloha Foundation
The Moore Aloha Charitable Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit was founded by Carissa Moore, Surfing’s first Olympic Gold medalist and 5X World Surfing Champion in 2018 with the simple vision: to share Moore Love. Our mission is to educate and empower the next generation of young women to find their inner confidence, strength and good heart through mentorship, the sport of surfing and Aloha way of life. WHAT SETS US APART Our founder, Carissa Moore is extremely hands on with everything we do from curating events, creating monthly essay prompts, working closely with the team to make each experience intimate and unforgettable for every person involved. Everything we do is done with intention. We integrate the Hawaiian culture to promote mindfulness and community. The ocean and surfing is a tool to empower girls to step outside their comfort zone and live fearlessly. Our welcoming atmosphere allows for open, honest conversation and soulful connections. It is hard to put into words but you can feel the magic of Aloha if you spend a day with us. OUR CORE VALUES: LIVE AUTHENTICALLY | BE FEARLESS | LEAD WITH LOVE
