Acquisition details Rayner has acquired Moorfields Pharmaceuticals from Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for an undisclosed price, for the purpose of launching a specialist ophthalmic pharmaceuticals division that will be expanded across Rayner’s direct presence in Europe.
