We are a husband and wife team ― Anne, with 25 years of experience in a wide range of industries and corporate roles, specifically office co-ordination and strategies, facilities management, management consulting, and for the past 7 years in the field of corporate governance and administration; Michael, with a background in the hotel business, as well as education at secondary and tertiary levels; and more recently experience in governance issues and administrative detail. We, for better or for worse, brought those resources together in 2014 when we founded a business based on principles of ethics and a commitment to service, and offering initially company secretarial and CIPC-related services. Although we still provide these services, we have evolved into a governance and corporate consultancy in order to meet the growing desire for, and commitment to, comprehensive and forward-thinking governance in many businesses today.
