Sabine Morant has established independent Morant Executive Search. The new company offers customized search solutions with a focus on identifying individuals with transformational skills. Transformation processes and holistic search methodologies are changing the executive search market. Headquartered in Zurich, and acting internationally, Morant Executive Search is designed to address these challenges. The primary search effort focuses on identifying individuals who possess the ability to see and define the need for change at scale, and have the talent and resilience to implement with optimum efficiency. With a completely customized approach, Morant Executive Search finds the skilled individuals needed, whether board members, C-suite or other senior management – individuals who can operate across disciplines and are thus ready for the continuously evolving work and business environments. Sabine Morant brings many years’ experience in banking and executive search across a range of industries. Up until the end of 2018 she was a partner at SchulthessZimmermann Executive Search. Previously, she was a consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates for seven years, responsible for national and international mandates. Sabine Morant began her professional career at Credit Suisse. Sabine Morant holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Berne. She also holds a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Currently, Sabine is furthering her education in digital business models at Columbia Business School, and the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
