More Community Foundation (MCF) is a non-profit organisation and the Foundation for the MORE Family Collection group, supporting social development and environmental conservation in Southern Africa. All community projects for social development are self-sustainable, as it is our belief that by supporting communities to contribute their own efforts and skills, projects are kept alive into the future. Socially inclusive conservation is critical to biological diversity and MCF strives to achieve community collaboration and custodianship within all conservation projects. Our Purpose - WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO More Community Foundation’s purpose is to provide long-term, meaningful contribution to community development and the conservation of the natural resources where MORE Family Collection operates. WHY – Social development and environmental conservation HOW – Through community-based development initiatives, which provide access to quality education as well as skills and enterprise development; improving the standard of living and access to clean water. Environmental conservation is realised through conservation and human wildlife mitigation programs. WHAT – We facilitate sustainable, professional community and conservation projects and partnerships by connecting communities, individuals and businesses.
