We are equipped with custom-designed assets, including mobile kitchens, preparation units, portable walk-in coolers, and high-volume dishwashing trailers. This allows MCM to efficiently set up temporary cafeterias, mess halls, and field kitchens in remote locations. Our extensive inventory of in-house food service equipment enables us to tailor our operations to meet the unique needs of each deployment. With seven brick-and-mortar and nine mobile kitchens, we are capable of producing up to meals daily across the continental U.S. Moreover, our containerized kitchens can serve up to meals per day in international settings, while our skid kitchens allow us to scale meal preparation in emergencies. Safety is our highest priority when serving meals in remote areas. The MCM team adheres to strict Food Safety and HACCP guidelines that meet or exceed USDA, DOD, and ServSafe standards. Our site services team goes above and beyond to ensure a secure environment, successfully minimizing the risk of injury with only two work-related incidents in the past decade.
