MP & D is a land use consulting firm based out of Orillia, Ontario. We specialize in the facilitation of land use applications for residential and commercial development. We also provide representation at Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearings and are well respected for our knowledge of the Development Charges Act, and the Lake Simcoe Protection Act.
