Why we do what we do We believe leadership starts with the person – who you are, how you show up, and how you treat others. When leaders have space to reflect and grow, it changes how teams work together – and that has a real effect on culture, performance and how people feel at work. What does our training look like? It’s interactive, reflective and practical – with plenty of space for discussion. We use simple tools, real-life examples and grounded exercises. It’s about slowing down, asking better questions, and doing the deeper work that makes leadership more human and more effective. Everything starts with a conversation – so we can understand what’s going on in your world and offer something that fits. Who we work with We’ve worked with teams at COOK, Admiral, Lily’s Kitchen, Resonance, CPJ Field, Charities Aid Foundation, and others across charity, education and business - across the UK and even in India! Some clients come to us for a discrete series of training days or coaching sessions. Others we’ve worked with for years, becoming a trusted part of the team. Who we are Moringa was set up by Ruth Visick-Evans, Andy Matheson and Abbe Barneby. They’ve each spent over 25 years leading and supporting organisations – from frontline charities to global programmes. The Moringa team of directors and trusted associates are experienced facilitators, coaches and trainers – all with real leadership experience and a shared commitment to doing things well.
