Morphfit Gentle Movement Project

The award winning MorphFit Gentle Movement Project exists to enhance treatment, outcomes and wellbeing of special population groups through light exercise delivered both online and onsite. As a social enterprise the core of our work is funded however we also deliver commissioned programmes for clients. We deliver gentle movement courses to the elderly, carers, those suffering isolation and all age groups with acknowledged health conditions. Sessions are centred around chair- based and where appropriate standing exercises. Group classes last for 45 minutes and are adapted to meet the needs of each individual, blocks run for 9 consecutive weeks.
